Last thurs, Jan 28th, we were inspected by the First Chance Center Food Program. They do routine unannounced inspections a few times per yer and check for things like sanitation, food temperatures, storage methods, portion sizes, healthy menu items, hand washing and trash disposal methods. We passed with flying colors.
